Footwork and Fitness (Britt Chandler)
Are you looking to improve your game?  This class is designed to improve your on-court performance
by training tennis-specific footwork, conditioning, strength and injury prevention.

Rowing Classes

Looking for a full-body workout that places little stress on your joints and gets your heart going? 
Try our rowing classes.  Rowing is a terrific cardio and muscular workout that will help you stay
fresh for those long third-set matches.
